Feed your garden the natural way with equigrow
The Equigrow Team

Erika is the beating heart of Equigrow and a ray of golden sunshine on even the most dull days. It will probably be Erika you speak to if you call us – that is unless she’s off on one of her exotic far-flung holidays (again).
Erika looks after our trade and retail customer service, organises deliveries and keeps Paul and Bruce in check. She also makes the best cuppas.
Erika has twin daughters, a son and a dog called Sonny. She is a big fan of pub lunches and an extremely dedicated tough mudder on increasingly rare occasions.
Jeannette says that Erika loves a tipple.
Favourite thing to grow: lilac trees
Favourite drink: spiced rum and diet coke
Favourite cuisine: Italian

Allan is one of the Equigrow directors and looks after the logistics side of things. What he doesn’t know about manure isn’t worth knowing!
Made in Gloucestershire on a small farm, Allan has horses and farming in his blood: his grandfather was a horse dealer and his father always had horses.
Previously a professional international showjumper for 20 years before starting his own equine waste removal business, Allan met Adrian on his rounds in 2011 and then Equigrow was born!
Father to Michael, Allan has a daughter called Allana who is also a professional showjumper!
Allan says that Jeannette and Erika both like a tipple.
Favourite drink: a nice pint of lager
Favourite food: steak

Small in stature but big in hair, Jeannette (aka Mrs Equigrow) is our Commercial Manager and also wife to Big Boss farmer, Adrian and mother to farmer Ben (and also Lottie). She is the farmer’s wife GOAT, devotedly looking after everyone in the office and making sure those toiling the fields are fed and watered, whether it’s five in the morning or after midnight.
In keeping with our equestrian heritage, Jeannette has a background as a dressage rider and keeps her horse at one of the local stables where we collect manure for our soil conditioners.
Erika says that Jeannette loves a tipple.
Favourite food or meal: seabass
Favourite drink: prosecco
Favourite thing to grow: roses (David Austin)

The big boss at Equigrow (and our sister businesses at Cattlegate Farm) and third generation farmer, rugby-fanatic Adrian is often found standing over a machine or vehicle covered in diesel and scratching his head. What Adrian doesn’t know about arable farming, anaerobic digestion, green waste processing and much, much more DEFINITELY isn’t worth knowing. Adrian is married to Jeannette and father to Ben (and Lottie), all of whom tell him to stop working so hard, but he won’t listen.
Favourite cuisine: Italian
Favourite drink: London Pride
Taking care of local deliveries, our driver Paul is a huge character and absolute sweetheart. A previous pub landlord and ongoing lover of motorbikes, Paul recently pulled a muscle in his leg dad dancing. And didn’t we know about it.
Make sure you ask him about the time he went horse riding in Magaluf wearing white jeans.
Favourite drink: beer

Another West Country import (from Somerset), Jessica previously worked in fashion and interiors and also ran her own equestrian products business before joining Equigrow and some of the other farm businesses as Head of Sales and Marketing.
A passionate animal rescuer, Jessica has a growing legion of horses, dogs, cats, chickens and more. A bona fide shopaholic if ever there was one, she is in the process of buying somewhere with land so she can rescue more animals and grow more flowers, fruit and veg in her quest to become semi self-sufficient.
Favourite meal: heavily-salted chips and a ‘proper’ tomato salad
Favourite drink: lemon and lime squash with lemonade
Favourite thing to grow: all the vegetables and all the flowers

Keeping things in the family, Michael is Allan’s son and looks after collecting all the horse manure from local stables and livery yards to be gradually and lovingly turned into our soil conditioner products (Fertile Mulch, Real Farmyard Manure and Premium Soil Conditioner).

Bruce manages our green waste site where we turn organic green vegetation into black gold, also known as Organic Green Compost.
