Equigrow Heads To Chelsea
Wow! What a day! We’re just back from RHS Chelsea Flower Show in Chelsea, London, where we delivered seven tonnes of our Fertile Mulch to Elohim Tisserand of Tisserand English Gardens who is managing the build of Manoj Malde’s Tackle HIV Stigma Garden, a space dedicated to education, awareness, and hope.
We drove from the farm in Enfield allllll the way through North and then central London, heading down Park Lane, around Hyde Park Corner and then turning right at Buckingham Palace to press towards SW3, my old stomping ground.
Security around the event was impressively strict and we had had to book in our delivery slot beforehand, giving details of our lorry, the people who would be with it and who we were delivering to.
Space is super tight there and the number of people and vehicles involved with setting up was jaw-dropping.
It was another blazing hot day and I felt really sorry for all the set up people toiling away in the sun – it was clear they were all working super hard with a lot of pressure to get an astronomical amount of work done in a very short time.
